“You are never too small
to make a difference.”

Greta Thunberg

We believe in reality-changing projects that rebuild concepts and redefine the dialogue between people. We’ll share some of these here with you.

Celinununu salutes climate activist Greta Thunberg from Sweden, a 16-year-old that took a stand for us all. Loud and clear, she demands for an immediate change to be made, saying “You are never too small to make a difference.”

In August 2018 prior to the September 9th Swedish election Greta went on a strike to raise the awareness to global warming demanding that the government undertake a radical response to the climate change. Every day, instead of going to school, she sat on the steps of the Swedish parliament building in Stockholm with her sign Skolstrejk för klimatet – ‘school strike for the climate’.

Since the election, she has returned to school and now spends her Fridays on the same steps of parliament.

After rallying masses of school children across Sweden for action on climate change Greta took to the stage at the recent COP24 climate talks in Poland, and called for a global school strike to force world leaders into “focusing on what needs to be done, rather than what is politically possible.” She boldly criticized them for decades of inaction, skirting around in the face of the climate crisis. “If solutions within this system are so impossible to find, then maybe we should change the system itself,” she concluded.

Greta gained worldwide attention and inspires school students across the globe to take part in student strikes. As of December 2018, more than 20,000 students held strikes in at least 270 cities.
